Armchair League Chat

TheProfessor: OK thanks. So more of a bookkeeping thing. That helps.

TheProfessor: I can help with processing moves on FT if one of the commishes gives me access. Thanks.

DaveW: is there a auto-sign tracker where we keep track of prospect auto-signs? Since I'm new to the league I'd like to figure out if the previous GM used any of our auto-signs before I took over.

Brent: The Spreadsheet link on Fantrax doesn't work.
August 19, 2025, 07:23:42 AM
TheProfessor: Not sure which link you tried, so here's what I'd do: Go to the Chat links from your FT page, find the one titled Armchair Spreadsheet, scroll up a bit and you'll find the link to the Google Docs page.

TheProfessor: If you get a message saying you're locked out or need access, that needs to be granted by a league admin.

TheProfessor: TO ALL OWNERS: I'm going to start updating the SS to reflect recent transactions. The process will be slow, and not pretty looking at first, but it should be accurate. Hoping to have this accomplished by the weekend. Thanks for your patience!
August 19, 2025, 11:50:30 AM
TheProfessor: Almost done with SS transactions. Just have trades left to go...
August 31, 2025, 12:46:22 PM
Brent: Now that the season is over, when can we extend players?
September 29, 2025, 06:42:18 AM
TheProfessor: League mgmt needs to address a few things first. I would suggest that all league transactions are on hold for now, and might be for a few weeks. Thanks.

Angels roster moves

« on: January 26, 2025, 10:40:29 AM »

Angels demote the following players off 40man to minors pending waivers

P Andrew Wantz
P Mason Englert
P Chris Flexen

Also, a couple spreadsheet errors giving me more money than I should have?.damn honesty lol?

The 5M I?m getting for Christian Vasquez spreadsheet line should be removed. Him and his salary was traded back to the original team I got him from earlier this offseason (before he was moved again) and unless a rule has changed salary paid moves with a player so I can?t be receiving money for a player I no longer have.

Also, the recently signed Jakob Junis was for 2 years 1M per year. The spreadsheet is incorrectly showing 700K each of next two years.
