Due to personal and family health conditions I am forced to resign. The team should have no problem finding a new owner as minimal free agency and trading will be needed to remain as a top contender. Good luck to the league and all members!

Sorry to hear this Paul, I hope everything is OK. I've had a few health issues myself the last few months so I understand your decision.
Let me take a minute to thank you for the years of dedication and work on the site along with always fielding a competitive team.
I hope everything goes well for you in the future and that we are able to find a worthy replacement.
