Cut has been fantraxed, however cap hits must be applied within 2024 AND 2025. 75% in 2024 and 50% in 2025. Sam howell is not a suspended player. See exerpt from handbook below. @STLBlues91  please correct me if im wrong and correct cap hit if not.

CAP HITS ARE APPLIED TO ANY CONTRACT AT OR OVER $1M ANNUAL @ the rate of 75%/50% X X X.
