Have a massive need at Catcher and Ryan Weathers was an offseason target of mine. @Brian to confirm

[Brian]

Expos agree looking at young players to fill my mlb roster and this trade does it. I'll fill my catcher position during free agency. The expos our both building the team but add vet to my team when it makes sense. Cap will go down in 2026 so I gotta build my team not only thru free agency but also look at adding players to minors so I don't over pay players when contracts our up
