Reds and Cubs

[TheLongHorn]

Reds send:

SP Sean Manaea $4M 2024

to Cubs for:

SP Tobias Meyers pna

RP Enoli Paredes pna

OF Dasan Brown pna

Reds agree to this trade to move Manaea who we were most likely not going to resign for some young arms and an outfield prospect that we are high on. Cubs to confirm, thanks @Alpha5 for being my first MLB LIVE trade partner

Yeah of course, thank you man.

I've always loved Manaea, starting in his draft year. When he came out throwing harder this year I've really enjoyed watching him. He'll throw some clunkers and give me some headaches but it'll be an overall positive I think.
I'm a Brewers fan and watch all the games and Tobias Myers has been a favorite of mine to watch. Paredes has a live arm and good future I think. All in all the goal is to be competitive and this should help achieve that purpose.
