By my calculations:
:CHC: selected at 9:16 ET last night. 
:TEX: was then otc until 9:16am ET. 
:SF: had already made their pick & :LAD: made theirs by PM, so
:MIL:'s clock should have started at 9:16am ET.  They have now already made their pick.

In the grand scheme of things, 16 minutes probably doesn't make a lot of difference, but it could.
