Twins/Cardinals Trade 10/6/21 3:52 pm ET

So we might as well start the off-season off with a bang...

:MIN: receives:
Luis Robert .5(P-2023)

:STL: receives:
Jazz Chisholm .5(P-2024)
Bryan Reynolds .5(P-2022)
Andres Munoz .5(P-n/a)

When I posted my block, I honestly assumed I would not be trading Robert or Trout, partly because of contracts and partly because of the talent level in both cases.  However, the opportunity for both teams to improve popped up and I think this trade makes sense both ways.  While Robert is incredibly talented, I think I make myself better in this trade and still have the ability to move an OF for further upgrades.  Thanks and good luck @Anthony!

When approved please make the following moves to maintain a valid roster.
Release:
Jaxx Groshans .5(P-n/a)
Logan Driscoll .5(P-n/a)
Demote to MiLB
Joel Payamps .5(P-n/a)
Place Munoz on MiLB roster.

Thanks!

I accept. Can't pass up an opportunity to grab Robert. I get an extra year before I have to pay Reynolds too which I have to consider as a small market team.
