Phillies - Indians Trade 2-13-20 10:38 pm ET

[papps]

Indians get
SP Leake, Mike, $4m (2020)
PHI pays $3m

Phillies get
RP Diekman, Jake, $0.5m (2022)
RP Wittgren, Nick, $0.5m (2022)
SP Pepiot, Ryan, $0.5m (P-n/a)
SP Parkinson, David, $0.5m (P-n/a)

Philly does this to get a couple relievers that we need. I also get a couple minor league pieces for a little depth. I wasn’t planning on resigning Leake as I have some other big extensions I may hand out. I lose a good starter but happy I got a few pieces in return.

Thanks Brian for the easy deal.  :toast:
