Rockies Contract Buyouts

Rockies previously dropped these players and will not buyout their cap hits in 2019:

X-SP-RP Sims, Lucas, Released Under Contract, $0.5m $0.5m 2019&2020
X-SP-RP Brooks, Aaron, Released Under Contract, $0.5m $0.5m 2019&2020
X-SP Anderson, Cody, Released Under Contract $0.5m $0.5m 2019&2020
X-OF Joyce, Matt, Released Under Contract, $0.5m $0.5m 2019&2020

$0.5m + $0.5m = $1m x 1.1 = $1.1m

Contract Buyout = $1.5m (2019) on each player

I believe that may be wrong.  If so, we will only buy out Cody Anderson and Lucas Sims.
