RE-DRAFT 2012 FNHL DRAFT: Starts Aug 3, 2019

[jackdaniels]

Bs had a terrible draft in 2012. Beyond bad.

[Jonathan]

It's pretty incredible to think Hellebuyck wasn't drafted in FNHL back in 2012 and today's he's one of the top young goalies in the NHL. Tough to predict goaltender potential.

G Connor Hellebuyck FNHL UNDRAFTED  NHL 5/130

The wasted picks on Goalies are high. Finding a Connor type of hit is franchise changing. This is especially true with the rules we are playing by now.

[Mordecai]

Montreal's previous owner was smart enough to scoop Hellebuyck up from the scrap heap. :win::win::win:

He then got converted into Matt Murray who in turn has now been reinvented as Carey Price on my Habs roster.

13. :MON-NHL: Teodors Blugers

14. :OTT: OTC

The sample size of Blugers' work is small but from what I've seen, he will rocket up there soon enough with the best in his draft class.
