"Eligibility - draftees are Free Agents who qualify for MiLR; EXCLUDES 1st year NHL Entry Draft eligible prospects (those prospects must enter the FNHL Entry Draft of the same year)."

Is there a way to verify which players are available? I'm guessing there's no master list or is there?

[blkhwkfn]

No there isn’t you are basically going to make your own list and check it against other rosters. Easiest way is on Fantrax player search

[blkhwkfn]

Blkhwkfn is correct. Each owner/GM does their own research and Fantrax is the best way to verify whether a player you are interested in is available.
