Buyout Bryan Mitchell .5(2020) - I believe the cap hit will be 1M - .75 x 1.1 = .825 rounded up.

At this stage of the season, release rates are 90%/60%/30%, with each season’s contract being handled separately. So with a contract buyout of SP Mitchell, Bryan, $0.5m (2020), the buyout equation does not really give you any sort of relief because of the percentages.

SP Mitchell, Bryan, $0.5m (2020)

2019 - $0.5m x 90% = $0.45m ~ $0.5m
2020 - $0.5m x 60% = $0.3m ~ $0.5m

$0.5m + $0.5m x 1.1% = $1.1m rounded up to nearest $0.5m = $1.5m

Contract Buyout: $1.5m (2019)
