Thunder!...

I’m mostly curious if Seattle will be in year 20/21’ or 21/22’

"Kraken" would not be a wise choice given the play on words, "The Seattle expansion franchise are Kraken under the pressure!"

Totems seems boring.
Metropolitans shortened to Metros sounds as bad as the defunct MLB Expos! What the hell is an Expo anyway?
Sockeyes is junior league stuff.

Seattle should be bold and go with the Seattle Grunge!

I keep hearing it's going to be a "rubber stamp" approval Tuesday when the vote happens. You have to imagine with Hollywood producer Jerry B backing the group, they're going to push hard for a 2020-21 start date! Afterall, all investors want an immediate ROI!

It's official. Seattle becomes the NHL's 32nd team.

Unfortunately we all have to wait an additional year to get team 32 on the ice.

#Seattle32’s

Skyline is probably the best choice of the names I've seen. Sasquatches would be funny.

Good to see Seattle landing a franchise.

As for a team nickname, brother, I can totally see them screwing that up. Hopefully with Bruckheimer helping oversee things, they get steered in the right direction. BIG NO to Totems, Kraken, Sockeyes and Sasquatch.
