Giants Traded: LA Kings/TB Lightning

[Godzilla]

Kings change things up in the locker room dealing Chara. I love Chara and my draft picks but we have to make some bold moves to win the West in 2018-19. Victor fits my plans but really hate dealing that 1st rounder. Indiansnation/TB to confirm. :toast:

LA sends to TB
Zdeno Chara, $5.4m (2017-2020)
Alexandre Burrows, $1.1m (2017-2019)
Jimmy Hayes, $0.2m (2017-2019)
Round 1 - 2018 :LAK:
Round 4 - 2018 :LAK:

TB sends to LA
Victor Hedman, $6.3m (2015-2019)*
* note that Hedman is currently a Franchise Player on TB's roster but we understand this designation can be removed after the FNHL Finals/off-season period.

Tampa agrees to trade. It was so hard in moving hedman him being a Tampa player and being a big fan of but I'm retooling this team in certain areas and I get another player to replace him seeing that after this next season I would have had resign him and I wasn't comfortable enough to give him that much money so I traded for chara. I also get some more draft picks to rebuild my farm up. There is some guys I want to go after at fa to build up my def.

Tampa wins this trade with a great selection of assets to replace Hedman's value to the Lightning team.

:iatp: That's a big trade. TB getting picks again.
