Detroit welcomes ripper back to FNHL with a trade. Detroit asked about Marner, then we talked about a goalie swap. I lose some depth but pick up some great pieces and dump a bad contract. Thanks for the deal ripper!

[ripper]

Agreed...... needed to add some extra bodies and feel we did that. Sad to lose Mitch as he is a stud.

:iatp: That's a monster of a deal with everything AND the kitchen sink. Would be good to see the actual contracts and end dates but overall even if all those contracts had 1 yr left on them, this looks like both sides are moving contracts they don't like.

[PsychoticPondGoons]

:iatp: That's blockbuster of a deal. Goalies & young guns flipped. Good trade.

[PigsRule]

:iatp: Mega-Trade. Blockbuster. That took some time to digest. Det deals Shippy's dead contract and Devils get a stud goalie in Allen. Great exchange.

Where are the voters on this? Come on TC members. This is a blockbuster that needs some eyeballs.

Do we need more voters? The rules states that a trade takes 3 approvals from the committee, which this has.

Just trying to make sure that I'm staying up on the rules  :toast:
