Isles and Stars make a deal

[hockeyfreak6000]

Dallas gets
D - Colby Robak, N/C, (0 Games)
3rd rounder 4th overall
Jason Chimera, $1.9m (2011-2012)
Fernando Pisani, $0.2m (2011-2012)

NYI gets
Chris Pronger, $4.9m (2016-2017)
Brandon Prust, $0.8m (2011-2012)

I do this trade to get some cap space on my back end for upcomming extensions and prospects. I also like the idea of aquireing a third rounder as well. NYI to confirm.

Long term D-man like Pronger is amazing especially on a team like the Flyers who are gonna be the bomb diggity....Prust in this style of league is amazing especially at 800k...love it

Thanks Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater :toast:

:iatp: Gilly probably will have to buy out Prongers contract i think he will retire in 2 seasons

Short term seems like a Very lopsided trade, but I agree with Reket, probably a costly buy out coming up.

both teams win, but if i had to label a winner, it'd be gilly who gets a good player to move again if he wants in pronger and a decent pt producer in prust.
