Hawks & Flames Deal

[PsychoticPondGoons]

Hawks need some cap relief and decided to deal a vet D and speculative Goalie playing in Europe for a young D trying to make a name for himself. We also offered up a pick upgrade to sweeten the pot. We're awesome that way. :toast:

:CLG: To Flames
D Dalton Prout, $1.6m (2015-2018)
G Joni Ortio, $0.2m (2016-2018)
Round 3 - 2017  (from :CHI-NHL:)

FOR

:CHI-NHL: To Hawks
D Luke Witkowski, $0.2m (2016-2018)
Round 4 - 2017  (from :CLG:*; originally :FLO:)

Flames to confirm. Thanks DTox! :toast:

Calgary accepts this trade.
We're getting some free upgrades from a Free Agent we signed less than a month ago.
Anytime you can add without losing anything significant is a big WIN imo.
Good doing business with you Chicago.
