I confused the bidding amounts allowed w/ another league, and based off of the note to the league (i.e., me) that said:

Bids like $5.1m or $3.3m are not valid amounts.  Each of these bids would be rounded down to $5.0m and $3.0m

Therefore 2yrs @ $1.5M

Almost. 2yrs @ $1.5m wouldn't cover your $3.3m bid.
Your options would be 1 yr @ $3.5 or 2 yrs @ $2m. ( Round up to $3.5m/2= $1.75 or $2m)

Totally appreciate the clarification on the fallout, and apologize for the invalid bid.

I didn't want to go over $1.5M annually for him, so are we cool with bumping it up to $4.5M and doing 3 yrs?
