[PsychoticPondGoons]

Reinventing the Blue Jackets is filling my schedule.
For this deal it was smooth.

We were good so now this is on the big board. Easy as pie!

Trade to :CAR-NHL:
D Brayden McNabb, $3.0m (2016-2019)

Trade to :CLS:
C/LW Shawn Matthias, $1.6m (2015-2018)
C/LW Vladislav Namestnikov, $2.3m (2016-2019)
Round 3 - 2017  (from :CAR-NHL:; originally :MON-NHL:)

Why did Ohio's team make this deal? Keep it moving. Keep it going until we like we're holding.
The name of the game is let's make a deal in Ohio.
We get some players and a pick we can keep working with. Some people like stockpiling draft picks, I like it all.  :toast:

Canes to confirm.
Thanks for the smooth trade talks Halo99! :toast:

Carolina Confirms:

McNabb is a solid #2-3 D on a good contract. While I don't have a ton of depth upfront this year(or anywhere for that matter) I'm hoping Greenway, Keller Strome and Speers are all contributors next season so I think it makes sense to pull the trigger on this trade.

Thanks PPG. I appreciate the easy trade talks.

:thumbsup::iatp: HAHA That's why you wouldn't deal that kid. Got it. True. Good cap on McNabb.

I thought the Canes phone lines were cut. Maybe Tampa is just blocked

Good deal chaps

[jackdaniels]

:iatp: man even the cellar teams are trying climb out of their hole. Good trade for your teams boys.

[Jonathan]

:iatp: McNabb is a hot commodity since I bought out his bad contract

[dickiedunn]

:iatp:
McNabb is a very good blue liner to acquire with that cap hit. I will give the edge to Columbus as I know the asking price was high for that player, something I could not afford. Good for Carolina long run.
