Flyers MiLR Players Violation

[PsychoticPondGoons]

2 MiLR Players moved to Active Roster without an Entry Level Contract:
D - Ivan Provorov  (2015: 1/7 - 0 Games)
D - Travis Sanheim (2014: 1/17 - 0 Games)

2 Active roster players were moved to MiLR
Petr Straka, $0.2m (2016-2018)
Matej Stransky, $0.2m (2016-2018)

Penalty is losing Week 1 matchups :judge: plus will impact any other scoring during periods completed as the 2 minor leaguers are returned to the minors and need an official EL contract upon promotion.

All Players go back where they belong. :judge:
Could've been worse and still might be depending how Fantax handles the prospects being sent back down.

Oh Papps.
I think the punishment is light but its because it was caught late but we can adjust and return the Prospects to the MiLR retroactively. :judge:
