You need to send down another person to call up Otero.
I added your last call up without looking, but just noticed you're at 41 active roster players. Sending down Matheus will get you back to 40, but if you want to call up Otero please send down another player

Mattheus now on waivers

I have a player on the dl, do I still need to send down another?

The only way DL is not on active roster is if he's on the mlb 60 day DL and you have posted that you're putting him on the 60 day DL on here too.

Ok, sorry, wasn't aware. I'll send another down.
