Florida - NYI trade

[Jesse]

Florida gets

Rick DiPietro
Bruno Gervais
Nino Niederreiter
Calvin de Haan

NYI gets

Stephen Weiss
David Booth
Evgeny Dadonov
Dennis Wideman
Colby Robak
3rd 2011

Florida's reason = I overpay a bit now because I get a goalie and NYI doesn't but I feel this will make the Panthers younger and a lot better. I am extremely happy to add 2 of the Islanders best prospects in Nino and Calvin.

I love trading with Gilly we have a blast always lots of laughs. You owe me one for taking that overpaid bum off your hands. (Bruno Gervais)

[Gilly]

Simple for me,

If Im gonna take a little cap on and than this is the return I want....I move Dipetro and this again is the return I wanted for him....NYI is building for the future, and now...thanks for the deal Jesse this was hard to do with Nino and Haan, but still think with Rabok, the pick and others Im okay here!!
