Hawks and Avs take a turn in the haystack!

[PsychoticPondGoons]

Hawks-Avs pull off a quickie to fill some basic needs. LOL

Traded to :CHI-NHL: CHICAGO
RW Joel Ward, $2.0m (2014-2017)

Traded to :COL-NHL: COLORADO
MiLR D - Jake McCabe (2012: 2/44 - 0 Games)

Mortgaging a piece of the future for a shot a longer run in the playoffs this yr. This is building for the here and now while Slack is loading up for the near future since McCabe has a clear route to the NHL in BUF.

Slackjack to confirm!

Jake should've made the Sabres out of training camp. Good prospect. Good time to make a play for him beccause I couldnt get him out of Chicago earlier. Ward is better than guys think. :iatp:
