X-SP Weaver, Jared, Cash Exchange on Contract through 2011, $-0.5m in 2011 by :COL:
CI Middlebrooks, Will, $0.5m (P-n/a)
SP Nicasio, Juan, $0.5m (P-n/a)
OF James, Jiwan, $0.5m (P-n/a)

I do this trade, because as the Power Rankings stated, I am a little weak on pitching.  This trade finally gives the Atlanta Braves a true ace to go along with a young pitching staff.  I hate to see Ells go, but I prepared for it by signing Tsuyoshi Nishioka who can play MI when I move Martin Prado to the OF to fill the void left by Ells.  Nicasio and James are two prospects I like due to their upside and Middlebrooks may be end up being a decent 3B in his own right.  I do take on about 4mil in salary this year however I would have had to pay Davies next year if I were to bring him back.  Pleasure doing business with ya, Howe.

COL agrees. We finally fill that empty OF spot with somewhat underrated OF. Thanks Aubrey!
