The following teams have illegal rosters as of today. Please make corrections ASAP.

:DET: Detroit Tigers
:LAD: Los Angeles Dodgers
:MIL: Milwaukee Brewers - has drops ready, coming back from leave
:MIN: Minnesota Twins
:NYM: New York Mets - needs a drop for Jokisch
:SF: San Francisco Giants
:SEA: Seattle Mariners
:TEX: Texas Rangers
:WAS: Washington Nationals - he was screwed with the wrong autodraft selection... leeway given here but he can drop J.D. Drew to clear space

You are receiving $6m from other teams. There was no salary for you to pay to Dewitt this year. Instead of reducing those cash exchanges (there is no fair way to do so), we have to assume the cash exchanges are set in stone. Either way, Dewitt wasn't costing you anything.
