Detroit/St.Louis TRADE

[ripper]

Detroit get:

St.Louis 1-29 pick
Gunnerson $1.5M 2015

St.Louis get:

Paul Statsny, $4.8m (2014-2017)

Stastny is surprisingly not that great in this format but felt he had a manageable cap hit. Fast smooth talks.

Detroit confirms. We are strong on C and weak on D. I get a serviceable D-man, a pick, and gain a bit of cap space. I would have liked to keep Statsny and see how he does with the Blues, but I needed a more well-rounded roster.

Now let's see how he does on FNHL Blues. Thanks for the deal Ripper!  :toast:

Pigs or PPG, could you change the icon the the Tennessee T and move to the transaction board please, thanks!

Haha, good trade, horrible posting boys  :toth:

I like Paul but he moght not thrive under Hitch. Gunnerson is a solid young D.

:iatp: id rather have Statsny. Wings are getting back into the 1st rd in a big way.

Good trade for both teams. BTW Ripper feel free to drop Paul Statsny off on our doorstep when you grow tired of his "ineffectiveness". Funny post Ripper.
