Jason Heyward returns home (TRADE)

[BHows]

Dodgers trade:
Jason Hayward OF $4M 2017
Hunter Morris CI P-n/a
to Atlanta for:
Sonny Gray SP P-2016

By examining the stats to date I found that my team is Top 5 in a lot of hitting catagories but middle of the pack in pitching. Right now I'm limping along on 3 starters until D.Holland gets back. You have to give something to get something and Gray will be a welcome addition.
Thanks Nick for the easy negotiation

braves confirm.

sucks losing a pitching stud in gray but i think i have young guys who will step in to fill his role by next year. We are glad to see Jason returning to his home team and hope he will produce for years to come.

Thanks Bhows for the deal

This trade has been on the board for right at 4 days now, viewed 103 times. Think we can get enough votes one way or the others?

I hate this deal bats are worth more then SP in this league maybe I'm crazy but this is my opinion :veto:

I agree that bats are worth more but he is saving money and has bats that he feels he can deal. Even if one is more valuable than the other you need both to win.

Dodgers I think could get a ton more, especially in a offensive league. But both owners know what there doing.
