A lopsided deal with the eventual FNHL Stanley Cup winner that saw the departure of Ryan Getzlaf, Corey Perry, Cam Fowler and Jonas Hiller to name the core players lost in return for what amounted to a bag of pucks left the Anaheim franchise in the gutter especially after the Ducks owner left town shortly after that terrible trade. Fast forward to 2012, recently departed owner Cloud91 has left a solid foundation for the next owner to guide to the Cup after rebuild for 2 seasons! Ducks ended 2013-14 as the Pacific Division Champions and have a highly competitive roster that can compete nightly.:BUF-NHL3: BUFFALO SABRES http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8299.0* Here's the perfect fast rebuild franchise for anyone looking to shape a roster to their liking. This Sabres franchise features 3 potential starting goalies in Miller, Neuvirth and Enroth. After that, the team is paper thin upfront and requires lots of players to field a truly competitive team, but that should be easy given the team's expected 19m-21m in available cap space come the opening of Free Agency this August 10, 2014. :toast::COL-NHL: COLORADO AVALANCHE SOLDhttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8347.0 * Cory Schneider leads this team with Philipp Grubauer waiting in the shadows. This is a young franchise that's ready to mature next year and compete for a playoff spot. The future is very bright in Colorado with the likes of Huberdeau, Silfverberg, Kuznetsov, Duchene, Dumba, Reinhart already on the Active roster and Tomas Jurco, Corey Hishon, Hunter Shinkaruk, Scott Mayfield, and a quartet of young goalies in the farm! The Avs greatest asset in 2014-15 will be :money: $12m - $20m :money: in cap space to work with! Plenty of cap for a true Franchise Architect to play with. :toast::EDM: EDMONTON OILERShttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8348.0* Any Oiler fans out there? This is your chance to own a great franchise. :MIN-NHL: MINNESOTA WILDhttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8349.0* A storied franchise in FNHL. They won the FNHL Stanley Cup their first 2 years in the league. A favorable trade in Year 1 helped solidify this team as a perennial contender however with numerous expiring contracts of Superstar players through their line-up, this franchise must make tough decisions to stay competitive in the future. The challenge will be icing another contender without making difficult roster decisions this off-season with little cap space to work with.:MON-NHL: MONTREAL CANADIENShttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8303.0 * Canadiens also feature Fasth & Dubnyk in goal, an excellent minor league system, and a good core to build around!:NJD: NEW JERSEY DEVILShttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8308.0* Perhaps one of the best kept secrets in the league is the New Jersey Devils franchise which features young bluechippers RNH (Ryan Nugent-Hopkins) and All World goalie Semyon Varlamov! The team has an excellent group on defense with veterans Timonen and Garrison leading a cast of young guns such as Cowen, Gudas, Nikitin, Petry, and DeKeyser. In the minor leagues, top prospects waiting for a call up include Mark Visentin, Miikka Salomaki, Seth Griffith, and Ty Rattie. The Devils have a reasonable amount of cap to work with in the range of :money: $7m - $15m :money: in 2014-15.:NYI: NEW YORK ISLANDERS SOLDhttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8307.0* Another perennial contender, the last owner helped elevate this franchise to elite status as a regular season powerhouse but the competition is much stiffer during the post-season and the team bowed out of the Play-offs in Round 1 this year. This is a very well balanced team with the challenge of maintaining the roster given their tight cap situation. However, the off-season will see the Isls unlock approximately 6.0m in buy-out cap space and receive an additional 5-7m when the 2014-15 salary cap is made official. This is a franchise that should be a serious competitor for the next few seasons. :NYR: NEW YORK RANGERS SOLDhttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8306.0 * Broadway Blue Shirts have a big stable of secondary goalies to rotate in and out of the starter's spot nightly! The franchise also showcases stud players, Patrick Kane, Hossa, Evander Kane and a handful of up and coming young players in Andrew Shaw, Jimmy Hayes and Mikael Backlund.:TBL: TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING SOLDhttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8312.0* Any team that features 2 All-Star starting goalies in this league is bound to be a serious threat for the Cup annually. That's the case with :TBL: who can throw Mike Smith or Antti Niemi at you any given night. Stamkos leads a cast of young talented skaters on this team. Any perspective owner will have to closely monitor the cap situation with little available cap space to work with in Tampa.:VAN: VANCOUVER CANUCKShttp://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=8354.0* Features stud goalie Marc Andre Fleury of the powershouse NHL Penguins. Zachary Fucale is the team's goalie of the future in the minor league system. From there the franchise will require some building out but the core players are there to work with in the Sedin Twins, Penner, Muzzin and Edler. The Nucks' greatest asset moving forward will be :money: $14m - $20m :money: in available cap to shape the team with during the off-season in through Free Agency starting in August 2014!

I'll buy em. Send my secretary the bill.
That would be the 6th team to be owned by an owner with existing team. The guidelines state a limit of 5. Perhaps a league vote is in order?
Right. Well I'm sure you guys don't have a problem with a super active owner who loves hockey paying the full price of admission of $30.00 into the prize pool. :taco:
The more actively managed teams the better IMO. I'll take your money BB. LOL
