I believe according to this rule *3.) No matter what the current prospect contract is, the prospect extension kicks in the following year at the rate based on when the contract is given.* that this deal starts in the 2021 season, is that correct before I proceed?

If you do the extension before Opening Day 2020, the “following year” is 2020, which means the (P-2020) contract is overridden.  I can move this to “Transactions: Fantraxed and Pending on Excel” and process it on Opening Day if you like—or your can repost it after the 2020 season begins.

With the coronavirus fiasco going on, I am just going to process this now and waive the rule regarding the elimination of the prospect contract because it is unknow when the season will begin.
