Schedule problems

I'm pretty frustrated.  I emailed you all a copy of the schedule which I had generated by Ultimate Schedule Generator.  I paid $19.99 for it.  I've been entering the schedule on Fantrax for the past hour.  I got all the way up to week 14 before I noticed a problem.  This system generates the division weighted schedule using my parameters (3 games vs division, random against the rest of the league).  The problem is that it randomized all the matchups but doesn't balance them.  This means you might play one team multiple times and you may never face another team (other than division opponents).  I see no way to fix this so it generates at least one matchup against the rest of the league (non-division teams).  It even throws division opponents into the mix when generating the non-divisional opponents. 

Needless to say, this isn't going to work.  I've searched for other schedule generators on the web but found nothing that would work for us.  And I'm simply not smart enough to do this on my own.  I tried, and my head nearly exploded.  I'm about to ditch this idea and go with a normal 1-game per week schedule....

Shooter has saved the day!  Ignore the schedule you all got in your email.  I'll be inputting the correct schedule over the next few days.

Hey Shooter,  did you use an automated tool for that?  I am having a similar issue in my Fantrax league. 

I ended up just regenerating the schedule and added in the matchups so its fairly even but doesnt weight against division opponents. 

I did some manual adjusting but dont have the time to sit there and make it perfect.

He whipped up an excel sheet that automates the whole thing.  If your setup is the same as DNHL (20 teams, 20 week regular season, 2 matchups per week, 3 vs division weighting), then you could use the same sheet.  If it's different, Bob would have to tweak his sheet a bit.
