If we are at 12 players, can we just add a note to our offer that we will drop a player to make room if we win? Same for not having cap space, but that is probably less common once free drops are done.
Such as: OKC offers Stephen Curry $75.0m, plans to drop a player to make room on roster if signed. 856

I think giving up multiple 2nds and getting back a very late 2nd is a loss no matter how you try to spin it...but I wouldn't want to be paying Draymond $24.9m in 2023 and 2024 either.

Updated OKC block
Looking to move -Kevin Hervey (will take any future 2nd round pick) - Gafford (rookie leader in blocks, fg% last year) - Thybulle - Giles/Zeller - I am signing too many PF/C types in free agency Adams can move too with me potentially paying a large portion of his contract. I have multiple 2nd round picks I can include as sweeteners to deals (OKC 2022, LAC 2021/22, CHI 2021 I think). Any of my G-leaguers can move too. Other players (SGA, Bazley, Gallo, Rubio and Curry) can move too, but I am not looking to trade them. SGA/Curry would take a lot for me to give them up. My goal is to compete for a championship now. 858

Cross-Court Dynasty / Re: Questions/Suggestions« on: December 02, 2020, 06:35:17 PM »
A few final questions and suggestions before free agency kicks off:
Question: Is the 1m or less free drop mean we can drop a player for free if his salary is at most 1m total or at most 1m per year? Also, when you say you need the cap space to offer contracts, I assume offers like 20m then you have 10m in cap space are ok since you can make it a multi-year deal (need space each year). Is that right? Suggestion: A third tier for bid increments might be good, such as increasing by at least 4m once the bid reaches 40m (or something to speed up larger bids). 860

Well, I was between Stanley and Nick Richards, so I guess I will take Richards.
With pick #55, OKC picks Nick Richards and will put him on the g-league roster. |
