I have been invited to several leagues lately and there is one thing that I cant understand with most of the leagues I have looked at. They are running 20-30 teams with 30 player rosters , Active positions 3 center, 3 lw, 3 rw, 6 d and 2 Goalies. Is it just me or does this setup always end up being a goalie hoard that makes Goalies so valuable it is nearly impossible to even trade for one unless your willing to give up your left nut.
Most of the leagues are trying to mimic the NHL so wouldn't the more rational setup be 4/4/4, 6D and 1 G active a night?
Disclaimer** not complaining about the setup in Dynasty or trying to belittle any other leagues just making discussion.
11F, 1U, 5D and 1G I think is the closest to the real thing. I agree most leagues would be closer if it was just one active G but every league has its differences, good or bad. I do have to say that if I had that second goalie I would be fighting for the championship.

As I stated before as long as the ProFSL scoring system can get more defensive stats then I say we go there for our league. We can have all the teams on one page and hopefully have the same statistics.
I think it would be very difficult to get all the teams to pay a small $2 fee.
We need to be on one league page, I would like to use the ProFSL scoring.
