I just use the time stamp on the post. If you look below the title of my last bid's post, it says February 15, 2011 1:31:34PM. When I made my contract post, I made it at February 17, 2011 2:37:33, which officially made it 48 hours. I already PMed the commish on the subject and he told me that it is fine.
Nope prospects are kind of in a league of their own for us so far. Once they reach 40 games played or a GM decides to call up a prospect they have to be signed to a contract.
Does this include prospects that already have a contract? Is the same rules applied to experienced players pushed into the minors when their contracts end, or do they hit the FA market?
