I too enjoy this weekly thread. Great job Drew and one reason this league is different........and the best!!!!!! Some close match ups last week and some greater matchups this week. Phillys reasons for trade is something need to be done to this team i feel this puts me in a good direction as of all the injurys on defence i curently have i upgrade a bit , also hate to lose erat hes a great player but need some centers that puts up numbers and i like bozak hes young and talented, and got lots of years head of him on the toronto team.
The NYR are happy to make this trade. This trade addresses needs on both teams and the ftp's and cap are just about dead even. It's a case of two under achieving teams making small changes to slowly improve their teams and send the ships in the right direction. I believe the draft lottery will be put in place after this season. I think Buyouts will stay the same due to no one really caring whether that rule is changed or not. Eventually I would like to go to the actual CBA rule but don't think a change is necessary. RFA/UFA is to complex and therefore will not be used
