I will be making changes to rosters that are illegal over the next week or two. If you like them, consider it a favor. If you don't, consider it a penalty. This is being done in the best interest of the League.

If there are no objections, I'd be willing to waive the age requirements for this year until we get a better age limit for next year. I'd also be willing to let people who've waived players because of the age limit to add them back at no penalty.

Please check both your rosters on the spreadsheet **AND** the roster on Fantrax. If your roster is illegal on Fantrax on 3/28 (the first game) you will lose that matchup automatically.

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=10That's a link to Microsoft Excel Viewer, a free program to open Excel files. You can't make changes to the file though. It's helpful for those without the actual MS Excel program to open the spreadsheet and would rather not use Google Docs.

A few people have asked whether we have to pay out the remainder of a contract if a player retires. The answer is yes. Reason is this prevents GMs from giving unreasonable contracts, such as a 5 year contract to someone with only a year left of real playing time just to win the bid.
