Washington receives:
Edmon Sumner 0.5(2022)
Noah Vonleh 0.5(2021)


Washington makes this trade, as the plan once Klay became my #1 target was to play for next year and beyond.  I went after some veterans in free agency then to try to spin for younger talent going forward and this is the first move in that direction.  While neither Sumner or Vonleh will likely ever be more than role players, they're both young enough that growing into a contributor isn't out of the question.

Accept. Sumner/Vonleh might still have some long term value, but a fan of Rondo's game and is an upgrade to Smith Jr who is going down to inactive. I took a shot earlier trading for Vonleh thinking he finally gets a consistent rotation role this year but hasnt happened and probably needs a trade in real life.
