I'd like to sign Niklas Svedberg to a 3 year (2-way) contract through 2016-17 at $0.2m per.....is this possible? IE. is there a window after the current 2013-14 season but before the new $0.5m minimum kicks in?

If he is signed now he will still be under contract for 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 as for all contracts given in this period are for the next season.

The next season at this time. Any prospect signed during the season, will have their contract start in that season. This part of the season is the exception as no games will be played on the new contract.

What kind of a schedule we going to do? Want me to do it again?

Last year we did two games against divisional opponents and one against everyone else for a 22 game schedule.

For sure, if you have that master copy all you have do to is then switch the divisions around. Matchups like that sound good to me.
