Blue Jays accept this trade.  I wanted some continued flexibility with stockpiling picks and money to attack international market.  Tommy Milone gives me an additional depth for my pitching staff.  Also I like Papelbon even though he is without a team, but the trade also allows Nationals to become cap compliant.  Nationals to confirm.
