I've learned a lot about what it takes to win by carefully watching other GM's, especially Tony. For the first couple of years I was content to sit on every single one of my prospects hoping that they would all one day blossom into super-stars. But there is a window for winning in the present, and so the future must wait for another day. I sacrificed a lot of that future this year, but it was worth every single bit of it. Cheers guys, have a great summer!
