I would really like to see an additional waiver free period this year ahead of the expansion draft. It makes sense to me that we should be able to rejig our rosters as best possible before they get picked over. What do you think?

I'm going to stick with the rules right now, we will have time to work through any kinks that happen together.

I kind of feel like that would be circumventing the rules as we knew that when waivers closed that experience minor leagues would be stuck down there until next season.

Could you give me a specific example of how this may benefit a team?
