OTTAWA SENATORS WANT TO TRADE WITH YOU!

Here's a list of players we're looking to deal to make room for the players the new Senators management wants to bring to the team. We're not dumping anyone, just looking to exchange these assets for ones we want to rebuild around.

C, Mike Fisher, $4.2m (2012-2013)
C, Rich Peverley, $1.3m (2011-2012)
LW, Andrew Ladd, $7.0m (2014-2015)
LW, Pierre-Marc Bouchard, $4.1m (2012-2013)
RW, Daniel Alfredsson, $4.9m (2012-2013)
D, Matt Carkner, $0.7m (2011-2012)
D, Brian Lee, $0.6m (2011-2012)
D, Kevin Bieska, $4.3m (2013-2014)
G, Pascal Leclaire, $1.1m (2011-2012)
G, Cedrick Desjardins, $0.2m (2011-2012)

I only want contracts with a maximum value of $3 Million. Ideally below the $2.0 Million mark. These are amazing players for teams in the play-off hunt to acquire to put them over the top. Equally valuable for teams fighting for a play-off spot.

  • Brent: Agreed.  I have Amon Ra St. Brown and Aiyuk because I traded JJ.  I couldn't have acquired a player like ASB where I was picking in the 1st so I down tiered at WR to make a trio of Chase, ASB and Aiyuk instead of JJ, Chase and fill in the blank.
