Ducks agree. We like the SDP and Perron will help on either wing. Thanks for the trade KB.

Franchise NHL / Re: NEW FNHL BANNER! READY TO GO!« on: September 12, 2020, 05:10:18 PM »New decade. New banner! Thanks for the feedback everyone!Pretty amazing this league has made it through 10 years. I've been in a number of leagues that have only lasted 1-3 yrs usually because guys only realize what they've signed up to be commissioner of all too late and bail by yr 2 or 3 and many times after just 1 yr sadly. So good on PPG and PR for making this league a stable one that's made the necessary adjustments to be viable over the long haul. 46
Franchise NHL: Completed Transactions / Re: Blues ext Rinne« on: September 11, 2020, 12:13:26 PM »Somewhat confusing. If this is right I will see about resigning other players with contracts set to expire. Given Rinne's age, I'd like to sign him to a short term 1 year extension. Hey KB. I was told you need to match contract value to term allowed. So for a $7.9M deal, you need to hand out a 4 yr term. For $8.0M+ you hand out the maximum 5yr term. The only 1yr deals are Entry Level contracts handed out to minor league rookies. The vets will correct me if I'm off point here.Wundermaan is spot on. Here's the information he's referring to on the Contracts page. You'll find the link just below the new FNHL banner. Quote from: joeshmoe link=topic=8270.0 Maximum and Minimum Salaries / Years (non-variable)Hope that helps and welcome to FNHL. 47

Doesn’t seem to appear on all browsers. Weird.Love the new banner guys. Great job! Gives our league a really impressive brand to build upon for the next 10 years. Proud to be in FNHL. 48
Franchise NHL / Re: FNHL VOTE: 2021-22 CAP 5% DECREASE?« on: September 08, 2020, 10:22:32 PM »
I think going with a start date of 2021-22 to rollback gives owners a chance to make adjustments. The expansion draft next summer will also take some cap off the hands of teams and should balance things out IMO.

The Ducks are taking offers on high scoring / agitator / leader / fierce competitor Nazem Kadri, $7.6m (2018-2022).
We want younger D-men and mid round draft picks. Shoot us a PM. |
