Players who are recruited are eligible to start immediately.
All inherited players (ACTUAL UNIVERSITY PLAYERS OF OUR 64 TEAMS) are auto recruited if the GM chooses.
ANY UNCLAIMED PLAYERS ON ACTUAL UNIVERSITY ROSTERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE TRANSFER PORTAL AND SUBJECT TO POACHING.
Recruiting is of any players attached to a state or region that is a freshman.
