Flyers - Blues Trade

Flyers get
RW   Vladimir Tarasenko   $2.1  (2023-2024)

Blues get
PHI 2021 3rd pick
PHI 2022 1st, 2nd, 3rd pick
BOS 2022 2nd pick

Philly continues to retool.  Tarasenko has had a few down years but feel he's primed to bounce back.  If he does, this is a great deal for me.  I feel the upgrade Tarasenko gives me from Aube Kubel to him is greater than taking a chance on a bunch of lottery tickets.  I already got a minor league roster filled with underachievers as it is.   :rofl:

The DNHL blues do something that the real life St. Louis Blues are unable to do. Trade Tarasenko.

Tarasenko hasn't been healthy for the past two seasons. We move Tarasenko for a package of picks mostly for next year's draft.
