Astros hire a new GM

Very pleased to announce a new addition to Franchise GM.  Please welcome REM G. (Kingocorona) as the new GM of the :HOU2:. He is new to our ProFSL community, but a veteran fantasy player. He?s an avid :NYY: fan who in reality is not a fan of the :HOU2:, but is willing to look past that and join our league for a competitive fantasy experience.

Houston, We have a Leadership Change

Sometimes we agree to do something, and then after some reflection, we realize that maybe it wasn?t such a good idea.  Such a dilemma occurred when Rem (Kingocorona) agreed to take over the Astros.  He recently informed me that he would rather have somebody else take over the Astros.

Fortunately, that somebody has emerged, and a replacement has been found.  After posting his interest in joining FGM on the league board, I contacted John S. (jschwab) and he agreed to take over the Astros for the upcoming season. John is fantasy baseball veteran and will certainly be an asset to FGM.

Please welcome John S. (jschwab) to FGM!

  • Daddy: It uses the LIVE scoring engine. Otherwise its a completely different baseball option then LIVE, FGM, or Armchair.

  • Daddy: Variety is what all of our leagues should be, no two alike. So we as a site can cater to all types. MLB LIVE lost a HOF level GM (Paul) because he doesn't do H2H leagues.
