Also, can anyone tell me if the draft is only 15 rounds, or if it's longer?

"Draft Rules: 40 round draft. 12 hour clock through the 10th round, an 8 hour clock for each pick thereafter. Once the 40th round is completed and all picks have been made or skipped, the draft is closed and drafting will be complete. Any teams without owners will be set to auto draft according to the draft list. Any team that does not make their pick within the allotted time will be skipped. If the skipped pick is not made up by the next time that team is set to pick, that team will be set to auto skip until their skipped picks are made up. The player you select must have been part of the 2014 MLB draft and signed by the team that drafted him. Unsigned draftees from the 2014 MLB draft are not eligible to be drafted here. If you select a player that is not eligible to be drafted, it will be considered a skipped pick. We will list the players eligible to be drafted, please check that list prior to making your pick to make certain your player is eligible to be drafted. Thanks."
Only 15 rounds have been posted so far, I am assuming they will add more later.
