I thought I just posted this but it did not show up so here goes again.....I am confused do to the fact that you say my Corey Perry who makes $5.3mil has to be signed to a 1 yr, 2 yr or 3 yr but not a 4 yr deal @ $5.3/yr. But you give this example in the rules....Ex. a 9 million free agent bid can be a 3 year - $3m, 2 year - $4.5m, or a 1 year - $9m but can not be a 4 year - $2.3mDoes this only apply to FAs won? So does this mean that if I win Pominville @ $5.3 I can sign him to a 3 yr deal @ $1.8/yr?
We can not reply to the rules discussion page you just made.......
The max minor league roster is 10, so if you send someone down of course they will affect the size of your roster. So if you already have 10 players, you will have to buy someone out or place someone on re-entry waivers to make room for the player being sent down.
Just clarification as on the rules page then rosters it says on the bottom after Max roster "This is subject to change" just thought I would ask
Just a clarification on the prospects, like other teams some prospects do not have contracts, do they need to have before the feb 28 th deadline
Nope prospects are kind of in a league of their own for us so far. Once they reach 40 games played or a GM decides to call up a prospect they have to be signed to a contract.
Does this include prospects that already have a contract? Is the same rules applied to experienced players pushed into the minors when their contracts end, or do they hit the FA market?
