Can an FA with under 40 games be signed to a single season 2 way contract?

2 way contracts must be awarded as a minimum of 2 year contracts.

Some of us were asked to remove some players off IR. Which we did in a timely manner. Here we are a week later and nothing on Fantax has been updated. What was the point???? What is going on???

Waiver Period Ends - February 15th, 2017 @ 11:59pm
so does that mean IR replacements from our minors are closed now as well like I cant put anyone on IR and call someone up?

only players on two-way contracts can be called up I believe.
