Armchair Fantasy Baseball: Invalid Transactions / Brewers/Blue Jays (#2)« on: January 30, 2022, 05:14:37 AM »
Blue Jays Receive:
Jose Rodriguez 2B/CHW (P-N/A) Junior Santos SP/NYM (P-N/A) Sam Carlson SP/SEA (P-N/A) Brewers Receive: Jairo Pomares OF/SF (P-N/A) Daniel Brito 2B/PHI (P-N/A) Isaiah Campbell SP-RP/SEA (P-N/A) Hate seeing Pomares go, but JRod is a legit 2B prospect that hits everything in sight with power and could be on the fast track to Chicago. Carlson and Santos provide the team some nice potential at SP and believe Carlson could be a little underrated while Santos has more eye on his prospect outlook. These talks changed many times but in the end ended up somehow a prospect swap. Nice dealing BrewCrew 383

Armchair Fantasy Baseball: Completed Trades / Brewers/Blue Jays« on: January 28, 2022, 11:06:09 PM »
Blue Jays Receive:
Pick 11.29 Pick 16.29 Brewers Receive: Pick 12.16 Pick 13.16 *All picks in 2021 Draft* Pick swap. Some talent coming up I like. Move up/move down. As it is difficult to determine value in next season's Draft, Jays are good with this as they believe one of their targets will drop to 11.29. Thx BrewCrew 385
Armchair Fantasy Baseball: Archives / Indians/Yankees - GMS ATTENTION NEEDED« on: January 28, 2022, 10:07:21 PM »
Yankees Receive
William Woods SP/ATL (P-N/A) Dylan Lee RP/ATL (P-N/A) Kansas City 2022 5th Round pick 5-148 (Via Anderson trade) Indians Receive Tyler Nevin OF/BLT (P-N/A) Omar Estevez 2B/LAD (P-N/A) Swap of prospects here, but the upside of Woods is intriguing enough to do this. As a converted reliever to SP, he may take a little time to develop, but the stuff is there to make a difference in shorter order than many may believe. Lee is a nice RP that came out of the blue for the Braves and is definitely worth a chance here at the price. Nice dealing Indians 386

Blue Jays Receive: Pick 9.21 2021 Draft
Yankees Receive: TOR 7th round pick 2022 There are prospects I feel could really help my team between now and the 10th round so this works for me as I gain an extra pick to help my future while giving away a decent future 7th round pick to the Yankees 387

Armchair Fantasy Baseball: Completed Trades / Yankees/Blue Jays« on: January 12, 2022, 06:37:43 PM »
Blue Jays Receive:
Tyler Glasnow SP/TB Spencer Strider SP/ATL (Will be placed on Majors roster) Bryan De La Cruz OF/MIA Bryce Harper OF/PHI Carter Kieboom 3B/WSH Brady Whalen SS/StL Yankees Receive: Max Scherzer SP/NYM. **TOR pays 2.5M of Scherzer's salary in 2022, '23** Josh Hader RP/MLW Luke Voit 1B/NYY Aaron Judge OF/NYY Jays are doing this to get a little younger and obtain some pieces the team can truly build around. With the loss of basically all of my OF, we had to blow the roster up a bit, so it was done. The OF additions of De La Cruz and Harper are of immense value to the club as we believe in both. Add in a young pitcher in Strider, who could be an electric starter or closer, and the rotation is solidified. Glasnow will be back in 2023 and the team is aware and fine with that as he is very reliable and good when healthy. The most underrated add in this deal might be Kieboom who will likely begin t tap into his potential this season as he is only 24. These were interesting negotiations and the Jays are pleased with their return. 389
