Franchise GM: Clarifications & Discussion / Rules Committee (RC)

The RC is a six-person committee designed to make the decisions on the rules of the Franchise GM game. A majority of the six-person committee is needed to pass a new rule. The rule committee will consist of the commissioner plus five other GMs. Each GM will be voted in by the league each year except for the first year where the commissioner will pick each person. The RC must be balanced between large, mid-sized, and small market teams. Therefore, a GM from each of the following tier groups will be a part of the RC.
